Terms & Conditions


  • Most orders ship out within 5-7 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped standard service through USPS. Once shipped, orders are usually received within 7 days in the United States.

  • Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information.

  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

  • We are not responsible for delays out of our control like service interruptions, weather etc.

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.

  • Avesta Lifestyle Brand is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid addresses.

  • The shipping address cannot be a P.O. Box or APO/DPO/FPO.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Any package that is returned due to INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT address will be shipped again at the customer’s expense.

  • Avesta Lifestyle Brand is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances USPS is responsible for any or all mail pieces that undergo USPS delivery services. However we will do our best to assist you if this occurs.

  • Avesta Lifestyle Brand is not responsible for packages once they are delivered.

  • On occasion, we do not have the entire order printed or embroidered, in these cases the order may take longer to get to you, if this happens we will make every attempt to let you know of the delay.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order you can return it for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. If more than 14 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, be free of human and animal hair. It must be in the condition that you received it.

  • Any returned items that do not conform to Avesta Lifestyle Brand return policy will be declined and the item shipped back at the customer’s expense.

  • The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as Avesta Lifestyle Brand is not responsible for any lost or missing returns.

  • We deal with returns and exchanges on a per item basis, please contact us first to discuss the matter before sending the items. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please log into your account and fill out the RMA form and we will contact you with further instructions once we have received your return request.

  • Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item.

  • Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed.                            

  • All sales are final outside of the US.

  • Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or cancelled, however returns and exchanges can still be made.

  • No returns or exchanges are possible on sale items.

  • By placing an order with Avesta Lifestyle Brand, the customer agrees to all of our shipping/return policies, terms & conditions.

  • Defective Products. If you believe you have received a defective product we would like to first off apologize for the inconvenience and take care of the matter immediately. Please submit a return request and include a photo of the defect. Once we receive your return request we will respond to your email with a prepaid shipping label so you can return the defective product. Once defective item has been shipped we will ship out the new item to you.
